Day Coordination

-Two consultations a month prior to your event, where you will provide me with a list of your vendors.
-Formation of finalized day-of timeline for all those involved with wedding.
-Contact and verify vendors and times.
-Confirmation and direction of ceremony vendors and bridal party duties.
-Day of event organization including ceremony rehearsal, making sure nothing is forgotten.
-Assistance and organization of final payments.
-Ceremony Décor and Setup assistance.
-Ceremony coordination including line-up and assistance of bridal party.
-Ceremony Décor and Setup assistance.
-Assistance with Décor setup for reception, confirmation and direction of reception vendors.

-Up to 8 hours, for day-of services.
Cost: Flat fee of $500.00
